These special classes feature adoptable cats from North Park Cat Rescue (NPCR) who love to explore the room, nap on yoga mats, and show off their true purr-sonalities.
Cat yoga blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and the calming presence of cats. While you stretch and unwind, curious kitties may wander over to investigate your pose, curl up beside you, or join you on the mat for a little extra encouragement.
Saturday and Sundays at 10 am. Reservations are suggested.

The cats you’ll see during yoga are part of the North Park Cat Rescue adoption program. They spend time at Whiskers & Wine building confidence, socializing with people, and getting ready to find their forever homes.
Cat yoga is a wonderful way to see their personalities shine. Some cats become curious yoga assistants, some supervise from a comfy perch, and others simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
Many guests end up falling in love with a cat during class.
